you need a Windows machine!
Download the emulation WinKawaks from https://www.winkawaks.org/
download the roms from https://www.winkawaks.org/roms/cps1/index.htm
put the downloaded rom files to `WinKawaks\roms`, `cps1` or `cps2` or `neogeo`, up to the type (see URL below)
load the game: file -> load game
define the keys before playing. I usually use
- player 1: W/S/A/D + TYU/GHJ
- player 2: up/down/left/right + two rows of 3-number
